Thomas Lubanga, former militia leader sentenced by the International Criminal Court to 14 years in prison for the enlistment of child soldiers, and released in 2020 after having served his sentence, resurfaced. He has just launched a new politico-military movement. Installed in Uganda for about seven months, he led a series of consultations before officially announcing the launch of the Convention for the Popular Revolution (CRP) on Sunday.
