Previously, Google had separate rewards for different types of bugs, but now they focus more on how serious the consequences of a bug can be.
The second highest reward of $250,000, equivalent to approximately SEK 2.6 million, is awarded for bugs that can give hackers full control over a computer without having to bypass Chrome’s security system.
