What is the Season Pass in EA FC? The Season Pass in EA FC guarantees you additional content in the game in each new season. In FC 24, it consisted of up to 40 levels. Each level has a new reward for you. These range from club items such as choreographies or crests to professional packs and unique special cards.
The Season Pass was introduced in FIFA 20 in Ultimate Team and was previously freely available to all players. To level it up, you have new tasks available to you every week that give you experience points (XP). If you reach a certain number of XP, you move up a level.
EA has now confirmed that the new FC 25 will have a season-long pass for Ultimate Team, Clubs and Career mode. You can then earn experience points for the Season Pass in all of these modes.

Expert fears pay-to-win model like in EA FC Mobile
What kind of expert is this? Nick RTFM is a well-known English-speaking streamer who exclusively deals with football simulations. His focus is on FIFA and EA FC. He gets a lot of attention through his often critical videos.

The streamer doesn’t seem to be able to really make sense of the new information. He doesn’t understand what the Premium Pass has to offer if there is no content that forces you to buy it.
When NickRTFM first thinks of the content of the premium version, he thinks of additional and better “cosmetics,” which could be something like special jerseys or choreographies. But then he remembers that EA has already established a paid season pass model in FC Mobile.
With this model, you can climb up the season pass as you wish by purchasing levels with micro-transactions.
This is what the expert fears in the case of a pay-to-win model a la FC Mobile: The streamer fears that some players would immediately take advantage of this model. If EA, for example, guaranteed a strong professional card at a high level, this would tempt some players to invest real money in the pass.
