The first event for EA FC 25 has started. There are new special cards in the RTTK (Road to the Knockouts) event that have the chance of dynamic upgrades.
Update, September 27th at 7:00 p.m.: The first event of EA FC 25 Ultimate Team is now officially live and we can discover very strong cards. The first RTTK team brings, among others, strong offensive cards for Bellingham (91), Alvarez (90), Diani (90), Pina (87) and Watkins (87).
But the improved cards from Frimpong (88), Doku (87) and Van de Beek (85) also make a decent impression.

What kind of event is this? The first promo is “Road To The Knockouts”, RTTK for short. The event has been an integral part of Ultimate Team for many years.
RTTK focuses on the European competitions. These include:
How does the event work in Ultimate Team? Selected players receive stronger, dynamic live cards, which – depending on the European competition in which their clubs take part – get a different card design. The Champions League will have a blue design, the Europa League will have an orange design and the Conference League will have a green design.
Depending on the performance of their teams, the special cards in the competitions have a chance of further upgrades. The following applies: the more successful the team is, the stronger the player becomes.
You can then pull the cards from packs during the event, complete them as Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) or unlock them as objectives in the goals.
That’s why you can enjoy it for 3 months: Most cards have a chance of being upgraded until the last game day of the preliminary round. What this means for you is that if you come into possession of such a card, you can even cheer for your stars for the RTTK cards for the Champions League or Europa League until the end of January 2025.

Leaks show possible upgrade system and first players
Where do the leaks come from? The best-known leakers have reportedly already received information on how players can earn their upgrades. Fut Sheriff posted a picture on his account on X with the exact requirements for the upgrades.
When it comes to leaks, we would like to point out that this is not officially confirmed information. It remains to be seen whether the leaks will actually be implemented in the game.
