Pre-Season Rewards were supposed to be released for EA FC 24, but there were problems. Now EA is reporting on this.
What are Pre-Season Rewards? In FIFA 23, players could take part in the pre-season to secure the first rewards for the new EA FC 24. If you completed various tasks under the motto “Join the Club” you could earn some packs.
These rewards were now supposed to be distributed in EA FC 24 on October 12th – and to some extent that was the case. However, problems arose.
For example, as part of the “Join the Club III” reward, an 85 x 5 pack was sent, i.e. a pack that should contain 5 cards with a minimum rating of 85.
A pretty strong pack, especially at the start of the season in FC 24 – but not intended in this form. Actually, week 3 should bring an 83+ x5 pack and an 84+ x3 pack. In addition, players could receive an incorrect “Join the Club I” pack.

How does EA react to the fake pre-season rewards?
This is how the rewards continue: On Twitter / X, EA reported on the rewards via the “Direct Communication” channel.
According to the post, the reward for week 3 has now been deactivated. The correct content will be delivered in the coming days, but EA is not giving an exact date.
In addition, players who received the wrong Join the Club pack should also receive a corrected pack.
