Several units from the rescue service and an ambulance are also called to the scene. The accident must have happened between Bygdeå and Dalkarlså. There is no information yet on any personal injuries.
At least one person should be on their way to treatment by ambulance at 15:30, the ambulance helicopter that was first sent to the scene was then called back.
Traffic is being diverted
According to the preliminary information from the Swedish Transport Agency, the road will be closed until 16:00 and traffic is now being diverted. Northbound traffic can choose route 649 from Sävar via Bullmark to route 647 via Västra Sjulsmark to route 664 towards Bygdeå (E4), the reverse for southbound, the agency announces on its website.
