Committed to providing a better show experience to all attendees, ReedPop is refreshing E3 with separate Industry and Gamer days as well as respective showrooms. E3 Industry Days It will run from Tuesday, June 13 through Thursday, June 15, and is reserved for video game registered contributors, media and content creators only, who will have access to both the West and South lounges. E3 Gamer Days will take place on Thursday, June 15 and Friday, June 16, exclusively in the South Hall and will be accessible to the public, industry and media participants.

Dedicated to the Industry Days, the West Hall was created based on feedback from game developers and will offer a host of features that will take the hassle out of finding a place to connect outside of the trade show halls. These include a certain number of meeting rooms that can be reserved on the fairground, as well as a full-service bar located at the heart of the fair.

GamesIndustry.biz will host exclusive ‘Meet Investors’ and ‘Meet Brands’ events designed to bring developers and publishers together with commercial businesses, investors and more.

E3 2023 Digital Week kicks off on Sunday, June 11 and will feature many of the most popular online showcases including the PC Gaming Show, Future Games Show, Guerilla Collective, and Black Voices in Gaming. Show organizer ReedPop, the driving force behind some of the world’s biggest gaming and fan events, including PAX, EGX and Star Wars Celebration, will announce the schedule of publisher and independent press conferences in the coming weeks.

ReedPop is also proud to announce Paragon as the official E3 2023 broadcast partner, delivering over 50 million impressions for the E3 2021 broadcast. Additionally, premium event experience platform MeetToMatch will serve as E3’s largest partner and sponsor, bringing their expertise to connect professionals and facilitate meeting and plan planning for all industry attendees.
