e-Novia, loss of 19.4 million euros in 2023. Board of Directors asks for AuCap and convertibles

(Finance) – e-Noviaa company listed on the professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan and active on robotics and AI technologies for the sustainable mobility market, closed 2023 with sales revenue of products and services for 8.4 million euros (8.9 million in 2022), EBITDA negative by 6.2 million (an improvement compared to -10.4 million at 31 December 2022), Net income equal to -19.4 million (-9.8 million in 2022) after devaluations and amortizations of 12.8 million and write-downs in equity investments of 1.1 million. There NFP is equal to -11.2 million (net debt) compared to -8 million at 30 June 2023 (net debt) and 1.4 million in 2022 (net cash).

The Board of Directors decided to propose to the Assembly a Capital Increase paid and divisible form, for a maximum total of 3 million euros, including premium, to be offered as an option to members. Furthermore, it resolved to propose to the extraordinary meeting the attribution to the Board of Directors of the authority to issue bonds convertible and/or convertible into shares ordinary for a maximum total amount of 4,999,900 euros.
