(Finance) – e-Noviaa company active in the sustainable mobility and collaborative robotics market, announces that on 28 December 2023, Roberto De Miranda resigned from the position of Director of the Board of Directors of the Company, with immediate effect, “as a consequence of your diversity of views regarding the strategic vision of the Company and believing that you have not been put in a position to be able to act fully informed in the face of issues of particular relevance and complexity”.
Roberto De Miranda, a non-executive and non-independent director, is not a member of any internal board committee.
Roberto De Miranda holds shares equal to 0.08% of the capital of e-Novia.
The Board of Directors will proceed with the co-optation to replace the outgoing Director, promptly informing the market.
