(Finance) – Cogefeeda company listed on EGM PRO and specialized in the development and construction of plants from renewable sources, and E-globea company listed on EGM and active in the design and distribution of thermohydraulic and air conditioning systems, have signed a Strategic partnership agreement For the realization and management, through operation & maintenance contracts, of one series of photovoltaic systems having a total power up to maximum 25 MW, with a flat -rate amount for MW equal to 670,000 euros +VAT, with the possibility of expanding this installed power up to a further 25 MW.
The plants provided for by the Agreement will be built on various areas located mainly in Centrosud Italia Following the stipulation of further specific executive contracts between Cogefeed and E-Globe. The agreement, of the duration of 36 months With Tacitus renewal until the conclusion of the expected operations, he defines an integrated operating model, which includes each phase of the project, from executive design to the supply of the components, from civil works to connection to the electrical network.
Cogefeed will be responsible of the overall coordination of activities, including the selection of sites, obtaining the necessary authorizations and the management of support infrastructures. E-Globe will take care of the technical realization, dealing with the setting up of the construction sites, the installation of the systems and the final testing.
