Pascal Janssen scored three goals, Guus van Yperen and Jorn Winkelhorst both scored twice. Debutant Kas te Riele also scored. After a difficult start and a 2-2 score after the first period, the Orange ran out to 8-2 in the second and third period. UZSC-er Flemming Kastrop, who made his debut in the selection, did not score.
