Dutch pediatricians appeal to parents: ‘Get your child vaccinated’

Ministry will not appeal against ruling on pediatric heart surgery

Utrecht – Dutch pediatricians, including Louis Bont of the UMC Utrecht, are making an urgent appeal to parents to have their children vaccinated. For example, they want children to get a shot against measles and whooping cough. This can be read in a joint letter, which also states that they see more suffering as a result of “life-threatening infections that are often preventable through vaccination”.
