The work-study program involves periods both at university and in business. The DUT (Technological University Diploma) can be obtained on a work-study basis. At bac+2 level, the DUT is prepared in IUTs (University Institutes of Technology) which are integrated into universities. The course for a DUT lasts two years. You will have several recruitment stages to go through: a first general presentation call, then one or more interviews with the Human Resources department and a future manager.
