These are the words of Edmund Duraccio, president of the Order of Labor Consultants of Naples, during the presentation of the VII Edition of the Forum “Work, Employment, Businesses & Free Professions”, organized by the Neapolitan Order of CdL and by the Neapolitan Provincial Union of the National Consultants Association del Lavoro (ANCL) on November 16th at 3 pm at the Ramada hotel. “Forum“Inserted in the last module of the XIX Edition of the Master in Labor Law and Tax Law always co-organized by the Order and theAssociation of Labor Consultants of Naples.

According to Luigi Charcoalpresident of the ANCL Provincial Union of Naples, co-promoter of the Forum: “There is also the issue of ‘productivity’ which must be compared to the minimum wage, otherwise there is a risk of the opposite effect in terms of competitiveness. We have inflation around 8% which is constantly rising. The productivity aspect will also be analyzed in the light of the main innovations in the field of new technologies through the introduction of artificial intelligence and the metaverse that can contribute to improving the quality of life of workers. Then there is the issue of excessive tax and social security burdens on work that greatly affects the net wages that go into the pockets of workers or profits for entrepreneurs. And we must also ask ourselves the reason for the many relocations as well as investigating the rules on inspections on wages and regularity of contributions ”.

These issues will be discussed in two round tables and which will see, among others, the participation of the regional secretaries of CGIL, CISL and UIL Nicola Ricci, Doriana Buonavita and Giovanni Sgambati, the Head of the Interregional Labor Inspectorate Giuseppe Cantisano, the university professor Prof. Luigi Fiorillo and the Consultants of the Work of the Rosario De Luca and Francesco Duraccio Study Foundation.
