Leusden – No diplomats have been invited to the commemoration of the second largest mass execution in the Netherlands during the Second World War. This means that no diplomats from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan will be present. The murder of 77 Soviet soldiers is commemorated on April 9 at the monument Koedriest in Leusden.
