(Finance) – Drums Investment Partners as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2021, he announced that he had purchasedfrom 7 to 11 March 2022, overall 37,701 ordinary shares (equal to 0.020% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of € 7.7515, for a countervalue equal to 292,240.81 euros.
As of 11 March, the independent and diversified investment and merchant bank holds 17,255,393 treasury shares, equal to 9.359% of the share capital.
In the meantime, on the Milanese list, the performance of Drums with a drop of 0.71%, reaching 8.36 euros.
