(Finance) – Drums Investment Partners as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2022, he announced that he had purchasedfrom 20 to 24 June 2022, overall 71,661 ordinary shares (equal to 0.039% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of € 7.2530, for a countervalue equal to 519,754.65 euros.
