It was shortly after 5.30 pm on Friday that the police received several alarms about a person wearing a raincoat and helmet driving an electric scooter on the E4 through Jönköping.
A police patrol located the man, who received a fine for driving an unauthorized vehicle on the highway. Sobriety was also checked by the police, but it was without remark.
According to the police, the man had not understood that it was inappropriate and forbidden to drive an electric scooter on the highway.
