The water boards are not very concerned for the time being, although they are keeping an eye on the situation. The territory of four water boards partly overlaps that of the province of Utrecht: Amstel, Gooi & Vechtstreek, Rivierenland, Stichtse Rijnlanden and Vallei & Veluwe. Certainly the first three are relatively low and have a large supply of river water. However, all four water boards say that it is drier than average and that they are closely monitoring the situation.
