During the night, Ukraine again tried to attack Moscow and Crimea with drones, Russia says.

On the night of Sunday, office buildings in Moscow were hit, the Russian capital’s mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, announced according to the media. The drones are said to have been shot down by Russian defense, but the wreckage is said to have caused some damage.

At the same time, Russia’s Ministry of Defense writes that “a terrorist attack with 25 drones” was averted on the Crimean Peninsula, which Russia illegally annexed. This is reported by the news agency EFE.

The night’s events are the latest in a series of drone attacks, including on the Kremlin and Russian cities near the border with Ukraine, which Moscow blames on Ukraine.
