Drömstart gave revenge for Södertälje

Södertälje got off to a good start in Scaniarink with Eric Engstrand’s 1-0 goal already after 3.41 of the first period.

Then more goals came at a rapid pace.

Nikola Pasic made it 2-0 after 7.41 and just 2.32 minutes later Filip Engsund made it 3-0 – thus giving the home team a firm grip on three points.

The victory was also revenge after the 3–6 away loss on 14 October.

Victory for the tablet

Table leader Modo won 4-1 away to Almtuna – thanks to Adam Pettersson.

The 30-year-old scored the game’s first goal early in the first period and then accounted for a hat trick when he added two more in the third.

It was also a full pot for Djurgården, 4–0 at home against Västervik.

Points for the new acquisition

New signing Stefan Elliott was on hand to watch the derby win against AIK, trained the next day and on Friday pulled on the shirt to make his first appearance for the club.
