Driver in stable condition following three-vehicle collision

A driver involved in Monday’s three-vehicle collision sustained serious injuries but is in stable condition, Brant OPP say.

Provincial police were sent to the collision scene on Highway 24 north just after 7 am on April 22. A stretch of Highway 24 between Glen Morris Road East and Locke Road was closed for several hours to ensure investigators could examine the scene safely.

The highway was reopened at 6:15 pm on Monday.

Police have charged a 25-year-old from Dundalk with careless driving. Anyone who saw the collision or has dash cam footage of the incident is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Brant-Brantford paramedics, Brant County Fire and Ministry of Transportation officials also attended the scene, police said.
