Harmelen – The man who had a collision with a four-year-old child last year has been acquitted. The driver claimed he never noticed or heard it. The child was left seriously injured. The judge finds that there is insufficient evidence to convict the man. In the judgment, the court states that it is possible that the driver did not see or hear the child after sunset, in a street where many cars are parked.
