Foreign Ministers of East African and Southern Africa countries met on Monday March 17 in Harare in Zimbabwe on Monday. A meeting devoted exclusively to the security situation of the eastern DRC, with the examination of the recommendations issued by the chiefs of the two regional blocks. A roadmap which includes, among other things, a participation of the UN mission in the DRC, the withdrawal of which was however made.
