DRC: since the resumption of fighting in the East, displaced people arrive every day towards Goma

DRC since the resumption of fighting in the East displaced

Just outside Goma, one of the largest cities in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the camps for displaced people have been saturated since almost the start of the war against the M23 rebels. The inhabitants lack everything: no water, no electricity, no shelter, no food. And since fighting resumed at the beginning of October between the M23 and the Congolese army allied with pro-government groups, displaced people have been arriving near Goma every day.
