Shots were heard as far as the city center of the capital of North Kivu, surrounded by the M23 and Rwandan soldiers. On Sunday, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, clearly blamed Kigali after another day of fighting in eastern DRC. A meeting between the presidents of the DRC and Rwanda is to take place soon.
