Félix Tshisekedi, Martin Fayulu, Matata Ponyo and several other candidates for the presidency of the Republic gathered this Monday around the National Electoral Commission. On the menu of their discussions, there was notably the signing of the code of good conduct by different candidates. After lengthy discussions, the ceremony was postponed to a later date. The stakeholders in the process could not agree.
