Ill-treatment, violence, corruption, fraud or extortion… toll-free numbers have been created in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to denounce cases of bad behavior by dishonest magistrates. President Felix Tshisekedi considers justice a black spot in his first five-year term and my pointed magistrates also came out of the woodwork after the trial against kidnappers in Kinshasa, where they were accused of bad behavior and fraudulent releases of the thugs .
