In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Fortunat Biselele, imprisoned since January for in particular “treason, undermining the external security of the State and spreading false rumors”, was released from prison by decision of the tribunal de grande instance of Kinshasa-Gombe, which has been investigating the case for several months.
