Didier Reynders, European Commissioner for Justice, is staying in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) from September 4 to 8, 2023. On Monday, in Kinshasa, he met with opposition figures Augustin Matata Ponyo and Martin Fayulu, mainly about the electoral process. An exchange with President Félix Tshisekedi is also planned, with, on the program, the security situation in the east of the country and subjects relating to justice.
