In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, five army and police generals tried from this Thursday before the military high in Kinshasa for flight during the advancement of the rebels of the M23/AFC on the city of Goma in the east of the country. The north-Kivu police vice-government, two army and police chiefs, a unit commander and a military advisor who were based in Goma, chief town of North Kivu are prosecuted in particular for cowardice, violation of instructions and loss of ammunition.
