The DRC government has decided to recruit at least 13,000 additional agents to strengthen the national police, but also civil protection. Peter Kazadi, Deputy Prime Minister for the Interior, Security and Customary Affairs, announced this on Wednesday August 9 during a meeting with Congolese national police officials.
