Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero is the ultimate game for fans of the manga

The specialized press praises the latest title from Bandai Namco. On JV.comjournalist TheXsable boasts “the generosity of the casting, the quality of the effects, the impressive staging of the shots and the excellence of the fanservice.” However, the game does not receive a perfect score with a nice 16/20 displayedthe test criticizing in particular interfaces, cinematics and training mode which make “minimum service.”

On the side of Gamekult/The Digitalsthe new Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero receives a more mixed reception with the score of 6/10. The journalist also points out a camera which tends to get a little lost.

Unlike the site ActuGaming which grants Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero the almost perfect score of 9/10. Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero shocks with its difficulty

But on the players’ side, it’s a bit of a cold shower for some. Since the release of Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero in early access, many Internet users have complained about the level of the AI in the game’s story mode. The lack of tutorial seems to be felt since the enemies of the title use their best techniques and movements on players who are just starting out. Among the biggest difficulty spikes mentioned, we find “Great Ape Vegeta”, the giant monkey version of the famous Saiyan prince that we can face at the start of the game.

It therefore seems that Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero is not particularly tender in its first hours of play and that the training mode is even necessary to fully understand the gameplay of the title and have a good time in the story mode.
