Ruben Snijder (Student & Starter) had a slightly different view on the matter. According to the youth party, landlords are selling off their real estate en masse, particularly due to the Affordable Rent Act. Snijder: “More and more landlords are deciding to sell their properties, which means that students and other house sharers are in danger of ending up on the streets.”
