(Finance) – Doxee announced that, in relation to the buy-back program launched on 12 May 2021, he boughtfrom 21 to 25 February 2022 inclusive, overall 2,000 treasury sharesequal to 0.025% of the share capital at an average price of 12.19 euros per share, for a countervalue total equal to 24,375.00 euros.
Following these transactions, Doxee holds, as of February 24, a total of 84,750 treasury shares, equal to 1.063% of the share capital.
