(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Simesta company of the CDP group which supports the internationalization of Italian companies, is entry with a 42% stake in the capital of Doxee CEEAustrian subsidiary of Doxeea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the offer of products in the Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Paperless fields.
The operation follows the investment agreement signed last January.
Simest’s entry into Doxee CEE took place through the subscription by Simest, both on its own and through the Venture Capital Fund (FVC) – managed on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – of a capital increase of a total of 2 million euro to acquire 42% of the capital of Doxee CEE.
