The influencer Doualemn had to comply with the will of the police this Thursday, March 20. Very early on, the one whose real name is Boualemn Naman was arrested at his home in Montpellier. The police operation immediately led to its transfer to Paris to place it in an administrative detention center. According to information from BFMTV, this decision was made “with a view to his expulsion”, a new expulsion decree was indeed taken against him. The judges of the Hérault Expulsion Commission (COMEX) had given a favorable opinion at the request of the authorities to expel “Doualemn” on Wednesday March 12.
On February 6, 2025, the Melun administrative court had canceled the obligation to leave French territory (OQTF) of the Algerian influencer, this decision had occurred a week after French justice has already suspended Doualemn’s emergency expulsion to Algeria decided by Bruno Retailleau. Expelled in an emergency towards Algeria, the influencer had finally been returned the same evening to France, which had provoked a diplomatic crisis between the two countries whose relations were already tense.
