Dotstay rental properties rise Half yearly loss of 573 thousand euros

(Finance) – Dotstaya company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the real estate sector as a relocation and property management operator for medium-long term rentals, closed the first half of 2023 with total revenues equal to 308 thousand euros (+192% compared to 30 June 2022), EBITDA equal to -457 thousand euros (compared to -77 thousand euros at 30 June 2022) and a Net income equal to -573 thousand euros.

The company has increased the direct rental properties which, from 22 recorded on 31 December 2022, increased to 37 on 30 June 2023.

“We are satisfied with this resultalso considering the seasonality of our business: in fact, it is generally in the second part of the year that the demand for rentals increases for us, given that our targets are students and workers on business trips who start a new academic year and many of their work projects in September – Alexander Adam, founder and CEO – With the admission to negotiations, we benefited from new capital, thanks to which we were able to inaugurate 2023 with the right conditions to undertake the challenge we set out to win: increasing the acquisition of direct rental properties compared to those under management. An operation that we are aware could affect costs, but which we firmly believe can lead to growth in margins and volumes in the medium to long term.”

There Net Financial Position Consolidated is positive (cash) of 1.2 million euros, compared to a positive NFP (cash) of 1.9 million euros at 31 December 2022.
