Dorian Foulon started cycling with the able-bodied, at the age of eight. The 26-year-old Breton was quickly spotted as one of the best of his generation and has been the pride of his town in Morbihan since his professional debut. Paralympic champion in the pursuit in the C5 classification in Tokyo, Dorian Foulon is a multiple world champion on the track and a medallist on the road in the time trial.

The Frenchman was born with a club foot, that is, a foot formed backwards. He underwent surgery and his ankle was blocked to prevent his foot from returning to its original position. “I have a 75% loss of power in the calf and 35% in the thigh. Basically, I run on one and a half legs,” he explains.
