The volunteers designing and fundraising for new holiday decorations in downtown Wallaceburg just received a welcome boost.
The River of Lights committee was the grateful recipient of a $250 donation from St. Clair Technologies, a local company that manufactures panel assembles, molded connectors, vehicle lighting systems and wire harness assemblies for a variety of industries.
The donation will help the Downtown Wallaceburg BIA-formed committee light up downtown Wallaceburg and its waterfront over the next five years with its River of Lights-themed decorations.
“The River of Lights committee and the Wallaceburg BIA would like to send a heartfelt thank you to St. Clair Technologies for helping us light up downtown Wallaceburg this holiday season,” BIA officials said in a release.
