Ivana Trump, the first wife of former US President Donald Trump, has died at the age of 73.
Ivana Trump, mother of former US President Donald Trump’s first wife, Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump, died at the age of 73.
Trump said on social media platform Truth Social, “Ivana Trump passed away at her home in New York. I am very sorry to inform her loved ones about this. She was a beautiful and wonderful woman who lived a wonderful and inspiring life. Her pride and joy are three children Donald Trump. “It was Jr., Ivanka and Eric. He was proud of them as we were all proud of him. Rest in peace, Ivana.”
Eric Trump said his mother was “a strength in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty and a caring mother and friend.”
Born in Czechia, Ivana Trump married Trump in 1977, and the two divorced in 1992, 15 years later. Trump was the second wife of Ivana Trump. While the Trumo couple were among the important names in New York in the 1980s and 1990s, their separation attracted intense public attention. (UAV)
