The owner walked his four dogs on the Zuiderheide. One of the animals ran off towards the highway. The dog managed to cross the parallel lane unscathed, but was hit by a motorist on the main carriageway. The driver escaped unharmed. His car sustained minor damage. The owner crossed two lanes with his other dogs to take a look.
