The German shepherd Sigge disappeared on Monday in connection with a dramatic traffic accident on the E6 north of Varberg. Sigge’s mother Johanna’s car was hit from behind by a small truck that came at high speed.
Both the truck driver and Johanna were taken to hospital – but the police did not manage to capture the dog Sigge. After Johanna, from the hospital bed, asked for help on Facebook, the response was great and many people started searching for her dog.
The next day, when Johanna had left the hospital and the search was in full swing, Sigge appeared.
When TV4 Nyheterna talks to Johanna, she and Sigge have just come home from the vet.
