Barely three weeks ago, Mayor Dijksma had had enough, when the nuisance on the Kop van Lombok also got out of hand. “There is a limit to what you can tolerate as a city,” she said at the time, looking at politics in The Hague. As mayor she can impose area denials, but if people do not want to go to healthcare institutions, the problem will continue to repeat itself.
