A doctor at a health center in Västerbotten prescribed medical cannabis to children and is now at risk of having his license revoked.
It was pharmacists who first raised the alarm about the odd prescriptions. A total of four children with different diagnoses have been treated with cannabis – the youngest just six years old, reports SVT Västerbotten.
The Inspectorate for Care and Care has reported the doctor to the Health and Medical Service’s responsibility board and demands that the identification be withdrawn.
