The incident happened on July 16 at Landgoed Den Treek. According to the girl’s daycare center, bso Vrijland from Amersfoort, the wolf bit the girl in her side. It was a “very short bite”, after which the wolf let go of the girl, the bso states. The child did not see the wolf coming because the animal came from behind. The girl is doing well, although she was very shocked.
