(Finance) – The European Commission just approved the guarantee measures managed by the SME Guarantee Fund, to support the companies affected by the Russian-Ukraine crisis referred to in art. 16 of the “DL Aiuti”, as part of the provisions of the Temporary Framework on State Aid, adopted on 23 March 2022 by the European Commission. This authorization follows the one granted last week in relation to SACE guarantees (Article 15 of the “Aid Decree”). This is what theAbi in a circular issued to the Associates.
The ABI also reports that the European Commission has also approved the measures managed by ISMEA for the agricultural sector, pursuant to art. 20 of the “DL Aid”.
