26 clubs from our province took action in the first round knockout round of the district cup. Via the district cup, lower-ranking amateur clubs can enforce participation in the ‘big’ KNVB cup. FC De Bilt and Elinkwijk succeeded in this last season. Now that all matches have been completed, fourteen clubs from our region have advanced to the second round.
