An ongoing dispute between neighbors in the Houghton area has resulted in one person facing charges.
Police responded to reports of a dispute on 1st Concession Road ENR, Houghton, on Tuesday night.
Two neighbors had been involved in an ongoing dispute that reached a point where threats were uttered, Norfolk OPP said in a media release.
Officers arriving at the scene on Tuesday also discovered property had been damaged, leading to more charges.
A 44-year-old Norfolk man is charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. He faces two mischief charges for allegedly destroying or damaging property and for obstructing, interrupting, or interfering with a person in the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property.
