Disappearance in Drome a mother and her 8 year old son untraceable

The woman, aged 45, and her eight-year-old son left their home to go to the mountains on the morning of January 1

A call for witnesses was launched on Thursday January 2 to try to find a mother and her young son who went missing in worrying circumstances in Drôme, as reported France Blue.

Magali, aged 45 and residing in Romans-sur-Isère, as well as her son Naël, an eight-year-old boy, have not given any news to their family since the morning of January 1. According to available information, they left their home around 8:30 a.m. to go to the mountains, in the Villard-de-Lans region. At 10 a.m., Magali sent a message to her eldest daughter, saying they were on their way home. Since this exchange, no further contact has been established. Magali’s cell phone is turned off, and no one has heard from her or Naël since this last message.

They were on board a yellow Peugeot 107

The call for witnesses released by the police provides several important elements in trying to locate the mother and her son. They were on board a yellow Peugeot 107, registered AT-123-FW. Regarding physical descriptions, Magali is a woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, who was wearing a blue coat and black boots at the time of her disappearance. She is also recognizable by several rings that she wears on her fingers. Naël, for his part, is a thin boy with short, brown hair. He was dressed in a black coat and white and gray Air Jordan sneakers.

Anyone with information, even minimal, that could help locate them can contact the Romans-sur-Isère police station at 04.75.70.22.22 or dial 17 to report any sightings.
